Minors laws and rights question.?
Me and a bunch of friends were smoking cigars all around Atlantic City. Some kids were taking big puffs while crossing the street like no body’s business. Now of course buying and selling tobacco products as minors is illegal, but is possession illegal in Pennsylvania and New Jersey? Thats what I was told. (Well…. Atlantic City)
How about other tobacco products such as dip?
Police cant arrest you for being "high" unless you have pot on you, right?
Will minors be arrested for being drunk?

hey,
me and my friends have gotten into smoking cigars and we like it alot, we just wish we could make them on our own. We would love to be able to make them taste like super super sweet the hole time instead of like the first puff of a flavored cigar or cigarello. it would be awesome if we could make them without tobacco and use sometime of substitute that still lights, and is still safe ( even if tobacco could give you cancer if you smoke alot of it ) and we’d like to just be able to make them legally so we could give them to friends and stuff. thanks alot. no douches talking about how smoking is bad either cuz i already know, thanks

Today i went to the convenient store that has a mini smoke shop and bought a cigar..with only knowing the fact that the size depends on how strong the taste is…so i picked up a montesino mild which i later found out on the internet is an alright smoke…i am new to smoking cigars and very interested..please help me pick out good but common brands of cigars. thanks..
if you have experienced a montesino cigar please give your opinion….i have not smoked the cigar i bought yet..
also the montesino i bought had the shape- torpedo…i have a general sense of where to cut it but i do not know how to cut it without a cigar cutter (which i dont have) any suggestions.. thanks

I am so confused on a woman's part in marriage?
MY parents were traditional, my stayed home took care of kids, cooked and cleaned, blah blah. She had 8 children all together and was always miserable it seemed. My father was very controlling and wouldnt even let her out of the house pretty much. It was very sad. He never beat her, at least not in front of us kids that I can remember…but now I am confused as to what is "normal." I know that the man should not run the womans life and tell her where she cant go like a child. I believe that she is to be treated with respect and dignity. I have been married fro 2 yrs to a man who in the past has been verbally abusive to me, and has grabbed me and pushed me. I had left him for a while and got my own apartment after this for I have my own full time job, car, and bank account. Now we went through counseling and he is trying to be better. It has been about 5 months now with no issues involving abuse. I just get frustrated becasue I feel lonley! He doesnt help with my kid as much as he should. Its all up to me as soon as I walk through the door. He is no longer HIS responsibilty. I even asked to take a nap last Sunday when I had to work all day and he had the day off. I was exhausted. He said," Oh, I didnt get a nap!" then he got all huffy and slammed something down on the table. This really pissed me off because he can do whatever the hell he wants. He spends most of the time at home on the computer, or outside smoking cigars. He takes naps all the time! I feel like I am not as important in this relationship as I should be!! Is it too much to ask for things to be fair in our relationship??He does do chores and I love that about him and he is a hard worker with a steady job and decent income, we have a beautiful house that he built with his dad. Am I being unresonable or just not making any sense at all?? I know my husband is being very selfish, and I am afraid to confront him about these things for fear of a raging fight, I just lost my little brother and I cant handle a fight. Please help…

Do you agree parents need to give their kid more credit for their intelligence?
I once said how great the old kids shows were like Loony Toons, Are You Afraid of the Dark, Rockos Modern Life, etc. A woman responded back to me and acted like it’s good those shows are gone because kids didn’t need to be jumping out of windows, shooting each other with their dads guns, smoking cigars, etc. (That was what was on a lot of the older kids shows).
I just told her I watched those shows as a kid and so did all my friends at the time. We knew the difference between fiction and reality though. We knew that if we jumped off a roof we’d get hurt. We knew if we shot someone in the head with a gun they’d die, not come back to life. We weren’t morons, yet a lot of parents these days act like kids aren’t smart enough to know the difference between what is real and what is fake. This is why I feel parents need to give their kids more credit for their intelligence.
When I watched these shows I was very young. As in toddler age through the age of 10 when all these older kid shows were on tv.

I’m 18 and I have chose not to get a girl at all. I am not gay, but I have never had any emotional attatchment to a woman before. I looked for a girl, and I never asked one out, but I gave up. All the girls I know are bitches that are no better than the local prostitutes. I will never get married, I will not have any kids, as I hate little kids. Why does she act this way? She is young, healthy, and most importantly rich!!! Oh yeah, and famous!!!!! Her life is a fantasy! Her parents support her, and they are not even divorced! She does the easiest job in the world; pretend to do stuff. LOL The actors that got paid to be teachers in the movies probably got paid more than actual teachers!
So she has no stress, health problems, family problems, or any problems. She is part of a best selling franchise. I am confused as to wtf is going on here.
Some homeless people are happier than her! I see people that have horrible problems treat people nicely.
Once she was on a Canadian show, the interview lady asked Kristen about her movie Adventureland. She not only did NOT answer ANY of the nice woman’s questions. She laughed at her and said nonsensical ramblings. Something about kids and feet. WTH? The host of the show, rather rightfully, called her a b* tcH. Then she turned into Superb*t(# and had the nerve to call the show and DEMAND an apology. WTF? She should have apologized to them for being so mean and rude.
She is also a horrible actress, so she is not even doing her job well. (See the Twilight and/or New Moon trailer for evidence.) Some people act like they can treat other people horribly because they believe that they are better than everone else, or they have so many problems that they just don’t care to be nice. Now these are all excuses. I understand not caring for someone that abused you. But when someone is being nice to you and you are being mean back, you are a 8*t(#. That’s it there is no excuse for that behavior. Some may say "She’s just a spoiled brat." I have seen children of the rich and famous act more kindly than her. So that is no excuse either. I guess the parents are letting her run wild. I’ve seen pictures of her smoking cigars, smoking weed, and she just looks like she’s on drugs at all times. I just guess she will die of a drug overdose pretty soon. If she just turned 18 and she is allready CHAIN SMOKING for goodness sake!
Why is she so mean? I don’t really care for her. After she OD’s I’m sure many people will celebrate and even dance on her grave. What I care about is the values of the USA. People DIED for her to have the right to act in peace. For her to practice any religion, for her to have freedom of speech. "Life, liberty, and the persuit of happiness." Right? Why is she going out of her way to make people unhappy? Why is she taking away other people’s freedom of speach to call her out on her evil behaviour? Why is she acting like she is the queen of the world? She is a role model for kids, like it or not. And A LOT of kids today, unfortunately, look up to her. A drug addict. A b*t(#. A mean person. A person that disregards the law. We are all role models, since kids look up to adults. We ALL have to act well to set an example. Twilight fans have stolen and defaced Burger King property. By stealing and ripping off the huge posters on it’s displays. I have never heard this happenning before. Never.
See the kind of stuff she is starting. This horrible atitude. Why does she act this way? Some entertainment news show (The insider) awarded her the "Top 9 of ’09 Award" meaning she was one of the high points in entertainment in the year of 2009.

Are female Acting Roles Really Screwed up on TV shows or TV series?
The same question would hold true for guys,however, it seems that many more female roles are just ‘out of place’ in contrast.
Examples of Acting Scenarios that I find odd are: Females being the "tough" actress who can take down any man, Female Spies, Females Smoking Cigars, Female Swearing their ass Ass Off 24/7, Female Boxing Taking Down all the Guys, Super Female Army Women who can take any Torture in the World, Female Cops who are the baddest of the bad.
Do you agree or Disagree? Keep in mind this is NOT sexist. I’m just saying that we all know there are "realistic" expectations of how guys vs. gals differ and if you find acting roles really screwed up sometimes?
