What are your favorite Medium and Full Bodied Sticks?
My Favorites.
Full Bodied: *****Rocky Patel Decade ****** , although I find it to be a strong Medium Bodied, everyone including Rocky himself call it a Full. Far be it for me to argue with the master. LoL
Medium Bodied: La Gloria Cubana Cederos or the Romeo Julieta No. 2 Tubo (Cuban version).
Also in your opinion, where does the best cigar tobacco come from? But please don’t just say Cuba, if your an American, and you think that Cubans are the best just because they are Illegal. I am American and lived overseas in different countries for 5 years. If you really think Cuban is the best explain why.
For me I love Dominican Tobacco, along with Ecuadorian Sumatra.

Cigar taste question?
I keep my cigars in a humidor (cedar lining) at 70-72 humidity. I had a cigar this morning (I smoked half yesterday, and started smoking other half again today). It tasted terrible so i let it go. It was a Padron 2000. At this point i decided to pick up another (I wanted an enjoyable smoke). A romeo y Julieta… it tasted the same… plastic and burnt leaf flavor. So i let this one go. Between every cigar I rinsed out mouth to ensure the flavor of the past was gone. When I picked up my 3rd cigar (Abam) it tasted the same. Whats wrong with my cigars?

Rolling the cigar makes for a more even burn. Puffing easliy and not to often makes for a better tasting cigar, puffing to often and to fast hot boxes a cigar creating bad flavors.

For an average cigar smoking what brands to you suggest?
I’m a cigar smoker. Smoke about once a week. Buy my packs from cigars international when I see a good deal. I found a god single selling shop around my house, and am looking for new brands to try. I tend to favor a Conneticut shade, Nicaraguan and Domincan binders/fillers. I’ve had the usuals. CAO, Romeo, Rocky Patel, but I’m looking for other brands *non cuban* that I can enjoy. I like a long smoke, with a large draw, so ring gauge and length are very important.
