Bucanero Canon Cubano Maduro Cigar Review
Cigar reviews Bucanero Canon Cubano Maduro Cigar Review cigarobsession.com http This 5.5×60 stick offers a soft, firm satin dark chocolate wrapper with small veins, tight seams, nice double cap and a creamy tobacco aroma. First light reveals a rich smooth texture of a medium bodied slightly earthy peppery flavor. The first third continues the trend with smooth creamy textures of aged tobacco with a touch of sweetness and earth. The draw is firm, smoke output is minimal and the burn is good. I find that it smokes much better with a lot more smoke if you take two small puffs rather than the typical one long draw. It starts giving a smooth coffee flavor along with the rest in the 2nd third, hitting the 1/2 way point 45 min in. With no changes to the last third it continues all the good flavors through the rest of the stick ending at 1:15 with an inch left where it got warm for my taste.

Cigar reviews Sancho Panza Double Maduro Cigar Review cigarobsession.com http This 4.5×50 box pressed maduro stick offers a dark chocolate, satin wrapped stick with firm construction, minimal veins, tight seams, a ton of oil sheen and feel and a mild peppery tobacco aroma. First light reveals a plain deep medium bodies tobacco with a heavy after taste. The entire rest of the 45 min experience was exactly the same – very plain with a bad aftertaste of plain tobacco. Padron Delicias Maduro Cigar Review
Cigar Reviews Padron Delicias Maduro Cigar Review cigarobsession.com http This petite stick coming in at 4 7/8×46 offers a dark brown, very tooth and rugged wrapper with firm, crunch construction, some medium veins and an uneven handmade appearance. The aroma is a faint peppery tobacco with a hint of sweetness. First light reveals a very free, open draw and huge smoke output. Flavors are a typical Padron tobacco – slightly sweet, slightly peppery and a medium body. Overall very soft satiny smoke. The first third brought the core of the Padron experience. You get this in just about every stick they make. A smooth earthiness, good pepper kick and zing, rich smoke output that leaves a bit of oil on your lips and a bit of sweetness. The finish is long and peppery, the body moved up to a medium-full along with a nice strength to match. A slight buzz came on just 10 min in. 40 min in at the 1/2 way point the stick is exactly the same, burning perfectly, remaining extremely consistent. Ending at 1 hour to the nub, the flavors proved to be the same from start to finish which is just fine for me – they were great!

Does the wrapper color have any effect other than color on a cigar?
I used to always think that a maduro was the most full-bodied cigar one could find (I tend to like maduros), and that anything lighter colored would be lighter-bodied. I am finding this to be less and less true. So, now that I know that maduro doesn’t necessarily make a cigar more full-bodied, what effect does the wrapper have on the cigar, if any? Is it really just a color preference or is there another difference between maduro, rosado, natural, dark natural and all of the other wrappers?
I should have known some misguided anti-smoking individual would answer. Hang it up, save it for someone that cares.

Smoking Hot Cigar Chick. Why Did I get Into Cigars?
www.smokinghotcigarchick.com In this video I answer one of the biggest questions I receive. “Why did you get into cigars?” Well this video says it all. It’s about exploring your palate. And just like with food and wine, fine cigars are about taste and pleasure. And like grapes, where the tobacco was grown, how it was cared for, fermented, handled, rolled and stored, is what effects the flavor. Also like wine, which is just made from grapes, fine cigars are just made from tobacco and nothing else. No additives or preservatives or chemicals. Fine cigars are made entirely by hand. And like wine, it is about the expertise of the blender and the rollers who make a cigar what it is. There are so many variations, styles and flavors that you could never get bored. Think about many styles and brands of wine there are. The same is true with cigars. Will you like every cigar or wine you try? Of course not. But with an open mind and a bit of exploring, you will land upon something you love. we all have different tastes. And I am here to help you find the cigars you will treasure. As always, ladies, I encourage you to try a fine cigar. You will find very helpful tobacconists like Ken in most fine cigar shops. And gentlemen, real women love a confident man with a cigar in hand. Send me an email at cigarchick@gmail.com for requests. And gentlemen, please keep it clean. Be sure to subscribe to my youtube channel and add me as a friend.

Why do cigars crack and unwrap when they are smoked?
I bought a premium cigar (Perdomo Lot 23 maduro) from a reputable cigar shop on a Wednesday and placed it in my humidor. When I lit 4 days later on Sunday it started cracking and the wrapper was coming off in very thin "flakes".
I was only able to smoke about half of it before it became too unpleasant and I abandoned it.
Is it too dry, too moist, or did I just get a bad cigar?

Where is your preferred website to buy cigars from? Thompson, JR Cigar, Cigars International, Famous smoke?
I’ve never bought cigars online before. Ive looked into it a little and some of the bigger companies like Thompson, Cigars International, Famous Smoke and JR Cigars. Ive tried to look into what the peoples opinions of these sites are but it looks like every blog and review site is at least over 2 years old if not older (some from 2005). So anything negative could have been fixed and anything positive could have been fumbled by the company for any number of reasons.
So does anyone have any current experience with any of these companies? Good bad or indifferent.
A little fact for those looking for a little info is that for the CAO Gold Cigars for example the prices for a 5 pack are as follows
Famous Smoke: CAO Gold Corona .99
JR Cigars: CAO Gold Corona or Robusto .75-.25
Cigar International: CAO Gold Robusto .50
Thompson Cigar: CAO Gold Robusto/Maduro Robusto .95-.95
Now obviously theres a difference between Robusto and Corona. Basically a matter of girth. But you can see the trend there. Also this is just one instance maybe another brand or bulk will be better for a different company.
But what im wondering is some facts about customer service, speed of delivery, quality of packing, other items they offer such as humidors and also opinions on house brands. I know thompson has its own. Also I believe JR also has its own what i call "Mimic sticks" that are similar to other brands. Kind of like the Generic Brand of Coca Cola. Basically the same but different, you know what i mean.
Oh and one thing ive been wondering is why do some companies Like Famous smoke require buyers to be only 18 and Thompson says 19 in their catalogue and Cigar International says 21? That kind of set off a red flag to me, i mean im 25 so it doesnt matter to me either way and to save money im not opposed to straddle legal definitions. But whats with the strange age requirements, does that speak to their legitimacy? Oh and just to be sure they all charge tax just to the state in which they do business in right?
So any opinions or experiences with any of these sites you want to share would be appreciated!

I really enjoy Gurkha's G3 cigars. Can anyone recommend a very similar cigar in a smaller gauge?
Gurkha only makes this cigar in a toro, and I am looking for something that won’t take an hour to smoke. The most redeeming characteristics of this cigar are the oily wrapper, the deep cocoa and liquorice notes, and something that reminds me of potting soil. A maduro is a must. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

How to smoke a cigar
Cigar smoking cigars : Holding the cigar up helps keeps it cleaner (therefore tasting better) and helps it burn properly, making it less likely to tunnel. Rolling the cigar makes for a more even burn. Puffing easliy and not to often makes for a better tasting cigar, puffing to often and to fast hot boxes a cigar creating bad flavors.

Cohiba Maduro 5 Cigar Review
Cigar reviews Cohiba Maduro 5 Cigar Review cigarobsession.com http This 4.3×40 maduro stick hails from Cuba. Thus this review is more of a free information look and comparison, since most of my viewers will not be able to buy these. The wrapper is dark brown with a firm thick feel, an uneven handmade roll, minimal veins and tight seams. The aroma is rich tobacco with a little pepper. First light reveals a tight draw with plenty of thick medium bodied smoke production and deep earthy flavor. The whole cigar is the same from start to finish as far as flavors go, ending at 45 min to the nub. Rich deep earth, a touch of coffee here and there and some black pepper on the long finish. It holds medium-full both in body and flavor with a perefct draw and burn all the way down. Thank you very much to Jeremie Plouffe for generously sending me this in for review, I greatly appreciate it! Photography by BG Pictures.
