When and Why do police search a car?

Wine-flavored cigars are my favorite thing to smoke. However, the smoke has a rather, sweet, unusal smell that can be mistaken for marijuana. I was on my way to a meeting in my civillian clothes, and I got pulled over and searched for no reason. I tend to do 5 over the speed limit. However, I was on my way to a military function and I was wearing my uniform, and they did not search my car, same circumstance. I was speeding and I just smoked a cigar. This leads me to the question, do police judge the suspect on appearance? Thanks.

Half smoked cigar in humidor?

i have a half smoked cigar in my humidor and its still in its wrapper but it seems that since i put it in there the humidity has dropped 5% or so and i am curious as to if the half smoked cigar is contributed to this. it also has left a smokey smell to my humidor as well

Anyone remember the TV show TURNABOUT?

I have a VAGUE memory of this show about a husband and wife who were cursed by a magic statue, and switched bodies.

I just remember seeing the two of them sitting in their chairs, "He" was knitting while "She" was smoking a cigar and reading the paper. At the end of the show, they would try to get the statue to switch them back to their own bodies. Never happened.

I think it aired around the same as the BEWITCHED spin-off, TABITHA.

Why did my life insurance come back “smoker” even though I don’t smoke?

Hi All, thanks for looking. I have to ask please, don’t answer if you are speculating or just going off what someone else has told you. We need a testing expert or insurance employee with experience enforcing policy type. I am sorry but this has become a serious issue for my family and I really need to know what I should do. I responded to my test truthfully and stated that on New Years Eve, 4 months prior I had smoked a cigar. I was administered a swab test and was later informed that I had been deemed "user". The conveyor of this result would NOT state that the reason WAS a positive medical response or my admission. There is a far as I know no way at all a swab test would get a positive reading from a cigar four months prior. Did I shoot myself for admitting to my New Years Eve stogie? I was not interested in arguing so I blew it off. Am I in a data base as a "user" now? Please do not hurt other readers with speculative answers. Shoot for just what you yourself would take to court, please:) Thanks all. Sorry but I have to add,, when the heck did some of you last look at "user" rates. 0 a month vs 0 is not a "few" extra bucks. I’ve seen some folks respond as though it is no big deal to take the "user" rates.

Help making cigars without tobacco?

hey,
me and my friends have gotten into smoking cigars and we like it alot, we just wish we could make them on our own. We would love to be able to make them taste like super super sweet the hole time instead of like the first puff of a flavored cigar or cigarello. it would be awesome if we could make them without tobacco and use sometime of substitute that still lights, and is still safe ( even if tobacco could give you cancer if you smoke alot of it ) and we’d like to just be able to make them legally so we could give them to friends and stuff. thanks alot. no douches talking about how smoking is bad either cuz i already know, thanks

Stage substitute for smoke or pipe?

We are doing a play for our drama class. In the play, I am a gangster in the 1920′s. I was hoping to smoke either (preferably) a cigar or a pipe onstage, but since this is a school event and I’d like to not die of lung cancer, I don’t want to use real tobacco. Does anybody have a good substitute for smoke, something that you know can be used on stage?

I’m looking for a proven method, so please answer if you have experience using fake smoke of some kind. Is there another plant I could use? Do companies make fake cigars? These are things I want to know.

Denied more welfare aid, Flemington woman grabs Social Services worker, ends up arrested, police report

RARITAN TWP. — A Flemington woman who was denied additional welfare aid by the Hunterdon County Department of Social Services grabbed the arm of the employee who was dealing with her, police said.
Marie T. Jordan, 24, ended up arrested after the incident, Oct. 21 around 1:45 p.m.
Patrolman Matthew Lawrence charged her with harassment (offensive touching), possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia (cigar blunt wrappers) following an incident at the office on Gauntt Place. There, an employee told police that Jordan grabbed her wrist and pulled on it after she was denied further financial assistance by the agency.
Police spoke to Jordan who admitted to losing her temper and grabbing the woman. Jordan was placed under arrest and was subsequently found to have marijuana and drug paraphernalia in her possession, police said.

I was at a friends house the other night, and to my surprise, there was a "Christian" there. The person who owns the apartment, is always involved in piddly small illegal activity. That’s all I can say. Anyway, its not a secret around there. He was sitting outside smoking a cigar or whatever it was, and just started going off about religion. He talked about gay marriage and actually yelled about it angrily. "YOU KNOW WHAT MAKES ME SICK? ALL THOSE SICK M–F– GAYS WHO WANT TO GET MARRIED. THEY’RE DISGUSTING SICK – - – " So on. Shouldn’t a Christian be like, kinder about stuff? I don’t think being so full of rage is such a good thing. (He had a bit of rage toward everything.) Anyway, his rants were crazy. I actually started laughing so hard that I had to walk away because I thought he was just playing around. I wasn’t laughing at his beliefs, I thought it was a joke because of how he went about expressing them!

Am I infected with any virus?

Following are the symptoms I am observing from last few weeks
1. When I wake up in the morning everything seems normal and I feel fresh. But when the day goes on my head starts to becomes unstable like I am drink. But it’s not headache.
2. I don’t feel cold but still I feel shivering inside my body.
3. Near the neck the gland is little swollen. But I don’t feel much pain when swallowing food.
4. My appetite increased a little bit. When I feel hungry the situation is worse. The shivering and head instability is more.
5. When I take beer, cigar or tobacco I feel better.
6. I feel more sleepy most of the times because my eyes becomes heavy.
7. I feel my heart-beat on my chest.

Please help. can this second hand smoke stunth my growth at all?

I went to the school bathroom with a door in it so all the air stays in. Its the only private bathroom kids can go into. I went in right after someone came out, and as sooon as i went it. I felt dizzy because he had smoked for a while in that bathroom with friends. I dont know if they were smoking tabaco, weed or cigar because im a good boy that doesnt do drugs. BUT im so scared. I started to grow a lot and then this is like mym 4th day and i heard second hand smoking stunths growth.
I didnt leave as soon as i entered because itll look awkward for the others 2 ssee.

I need the advice of a parent…?

Three days ago, my best friend got her first boyfriend. I’m happy for her, because he’s a nice guy and she deserves it… but I also realized that I might be jealous as well. See, we’re 18, and up ’til now, neither of us have had a bf. We’ve had a ton of fun together all through high school and have always been on the same page with everything. Now I feel like she’s leaving me behind. She doesn’t really talk to me about stuff anymore, because most of it is about her bf and since I don’t have any experience, she doesn’t share. I feel like a stupid little kid when she starts talking with our other friends about kissing and making out. I’ve never had a bf or a kiss. It’s not that I’m ugly or fat or anything… it’s just never happened for me. I flirt, and I’ve gotten oh so close before, but no cigar.

What should I do? I just don’t want to get left behind
